Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Follow all procedures, maintaining our high standards
  • Ensure working areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Co-operate with staff and management to provide a smooth and efficient service

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present food to the standard set by the Head Chef
  • Be flexible in your approach to working all sections of the kitchen in order to strengthen and develop your position
  • Complete all tasks delegated to you in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrate and maintain high standards across all areas of the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene practices
  • Be aware of and comply with statutory and legal requirements for COSHH, fire and health and safety laws/regulations relating to your department
  • Comply with and enforce EHO regulations
