FRONT OF HOUSE
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Follow all procedures, maintaining our high standards
- Ensure working areas are kept clean and tidy
- Co-operate with staff and management to provide a smooth and efficient service

SOUS CHEF
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food to the standard set by the Head Chef
- Be flexible in your approach to working all sections of the kitchen in order to strengthen and develop your position
- Complete all tasks delegated to you in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate and maintain high standards across all areas of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene practices
- Be aware of and comply with statutory and legal requirements for COSHH, fire and health and safety laws/regulations relating to your department
- Comply with and enforce EHO regulations
